Pipehouse Spiced Apple Cocktail –
Make a cup of apple and cinnamon tea (but only fill the cup 2/3rds full of water.) After 2 minutes remove the tea bag and add the tea in a saucepan. Add the juice, cinnamon stick and heat over a low heat to warm the juice. Once warm, add the shot of gin, stir and then pour into a small tumbler glass. Garnish with a slice of apple and star anise
Pipehouse Negroni –
– 1 shot Campari
– 1 shot vermouth
– 1 shot and a ⅓ of Pipehouse gin
– Burnt orange garnish or burnt rosemary
Build the Campari, Vermouth and Gin over ice. Stir and garnish with a twist of orange or rosemary charred with a blow torch.
