Pipehouse Spiced Apple Cocktail –

Ingredients –
– 2/3rd of a mug of hot apple and cinnamon tea
– 150 ml of Cawston Press – apple and ginger juice
– Cinnamon stick
– 1 shot of Pipehouse gin
– Garnish with an apple slice and star anise

Method –
Make a cup of apple and cinnamon tea (but only fill the cup 2/3rds full of water.) After 2 minutes remove the tea bag and add the tea in a saucepan. Add the juice, cinnamon stick and heat over a low heat to warm the juice. Once warm, add the shot of gin, stir and then pour into a small tumbler glass. Garnish with a slice of apple and star anise

Pipehouse Negroni – 

Ingredients –
– Ice
– 1 shot Campari
– 1 shot vermouth
– 1 shot and a ⅓ of Pipehouse gin
– Burnt orange garnish or burnt rosemary

Method –
Build the Campari, Vermouth and Gin over ice. Stir and garnish with a twist of orange or rosemary charred with a blow torch.
