Summer Cup –

Ingredients –
50ml Pipehouse Gin
25ml Pimms
25ml Lemon Juice
50g raspberries
1/2 a cucumber

Method –
Muddle the raspberries and cucumber. Add the gin, pimms and lemon, shake in a cocktail shaker. Strain over ice in a large wine glass. Top with lemonade and garnish.

Cucumber and black pepper martini –

Ingredients –
50ml Pipehouse GinĀ 
Dash simple sugar syrup
15ml lime juice
Pinch of Black pepper

Method –
Shake the Pipehouse Gin, sugar syrup and lime juice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a slice of cucumber and a pinch of black pepper.
